Coming
back to India after working in Dubai for over 8 years was a big decision. Even
though I had a pretty comfortable life in Dubai as a construction site manager,
yet the longing to be with my family never ceased to exist. So I decided to
move to India. I got a good job here but then I was stared in the eye by
another question. I could not have lived in the old rented house. My parents
and I had to buy a new house. This was a very tough choice to make. We visited various real estate developers and
liked a few projects but TVH ParkRozalia ultimately came out to be our dream destination. There were various
factors that drove us to buy a 3BHK Apartments here. First, the location-located in
Pallikaranai, the residential apartments are centrally located and my office is
quite nearby from here. The traffic is also moderate, nothing so torturing.
The
next thing that surprised us was the successful lineage of True Value Homes. TVH Real
Estate is actually one of the leading in Chennai Real Estate developers. They have been in the business for

from a few of my colleagues were pretty impressive. So we had a meeting with the
developers and booked a flat at TVH ParkRozalia.
After
living a lavish life in Jumeirah, I could not have settled for anything less
than that. The amenities at this project are pretty awesome. We get a swimming
pool and a plethora of health facilities including gymnasium and so much more.
Badminton court and basketball court are also present but I prefer frequenting
the tennis court in the evenings. Intercom and high speed internet broadband
are of course a part of the project. And then the people in the vicinity are
also very friendly and amicable. So on the whole, my decision of choosing TVH Park Rozalia has been more than
satisfactory.
